Does Dwyer Legal Provide Citizenship Support in other language than German?

Dwyer Legal is an internationally orientated law firm. Here we describe our naturalisation services. Due to the current constant legal changes, legal advice on citizenship issues can currently only be offered in English.

Our law firm does not only want to offer our clients services at the highest standards, but also want to make the fees as transparent as possible.

To create a good base for the cooperation, the below is to provide you with our service description for naturalisation applications and an overview on the associated fees.

We know that if somebody goes to a lawyer, then he or she also wants to know how much it will costs and what you will get for it. And this what we want to provide here:

With us, every naturalisation application begins with a detailed analysis of our clients' current situation and the associated documents.

This initial check, including the initial consultation, is offered at a fixed price of EUR 416.00 (this already includes VAT).

You may think that this is expensive and that there are cheaper offers on the market. But we are sure that what you get from us is also much more than what is sold as a service elsewhere.

Compared to many other providers, the analysis and advice we provide is a complete and very well-structured legal research and also the advice will always be not just a yes or no, but will be provided by a specialised lawyer who will use all his in-depth knowledge of the law and the processing criteria to provide you with very personal and also very targeted advice,  

As said above, we see it as our obligation to provide all our clients with a high-quality all-round service, combined with the added benefit of our in-depth insider knowledge of all legal aspects, and reliable legal advice cannot be free. 

After the consultation, you will know exactly where you stand and can then make further decisions.

We would like to make it clear that our services do not, of course, have to end with advice. 

In addition to counselling, we also offer the option of having our law firm assist you with the application process. As a rule, this not only shortens the processing time, but also saves you the expense of the procedure. If the mandate is given to the lawyer, he will take over all correspondence in this matter for you, i.e. he will not only submit the application, but also deal with any queries from the authorities. This type of processing also helps to avoid direct questioning of the applicant by the authorities.

We also provide this service on a fixed fee basis in order to make everything as simple and transparent as possible for you.

Our fixed fee for individuals is € 2,360.00 (including VAT). The consultation fee will – of course – be taken into account.

The authority fee for naturalisation come on top. These fees are € 255.00 for an adult.
