Dwyer Legal Immigration Processing - technical aspects
Can an EU Foreigner work on a body leasing (temporary employment) contract?
As a matter of principle, EU Foreigners cannot work on a body leasing contract.
The German Immigration Law defines that the Employment Agency has to reject a work permit application, if the employee is intending to work on a body leasing contract.
As a consequence, temporary employment can be carried out by EU Foreigners, only if their visa does not require the involvement of the Employment Agency.
Visas that can be used for temporory employment are the Blue Card and the Permanent Residence Permit.
