Which kind of work permit is required for working on a body leasing contract (AÜG)?
The German Immigration Law defines that the employment agancy has to reject a work permit application if the employee is intending to work on a body leasing contract.
As a consequence, temporary employment can only be carried out by EU-foreigners if the visa they are using does not require the involvement of the employment agency.
Visas that can be used for temporory employment are the big Blue Card and a permanent residence permit.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need additional information or support with processing permanent residence permit for Germany.
