How should a new request be filed with Dwyer Legal?

To ensure the most efficient and fastest processing, Dwyer Legal is using and high quality and intelligent ticket system. To avoid a technical misinterpretation and unnecessary delays new requests should always be sent to us as virgin email requests.

Dwyer Legal is using a case specific ticket system, allowing us not only to clearly track and identify all running cases but also to keep our clients posted in the most efficient manner.

We are also processing a strict one header policy which allows us to ensure that

  • both, us and the client can always easily identify which case a specific communication is related to
  • all information provided is always and immediately available for the entire team and
  • than the entire communication can be seen in the existing email chain.

However, the system is also intelligent and does screen emails that are sent under an unknown header to understand if these belong to an existing ticket.

As a consequence, a consolidation of communication into an existing ticket could happen if a new request is being sent to application@dwyer-legal.com and if the email chain of this new request contains textual parts or email communication that is already known to our system from a previous request.

As a consequence, the email-request might then wander into an existing ticked and therefore will also not receive the immediate attention needed.

This can easily be avoided:

To ensure the fastest and  smoothest processing possible, please always provide new requests as a fresh email (not containing any previous communication, mail chains or templates that have already been used for other cases).

Should you like to forward an internal email as a new request to Dwyer Legal, the please just enclose this email / internal communication as an attachment to a fresh / virgin email and then send the same to application@dwyer-legal.com.

Please let us know should you need any additional information.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you need additional information or support before filing an application.
