This permit is similar to a Blue Card permit, but it does not necessarily require a university degree. The main requirements for an **IT specialist permit** are that: - the employee is being offered a German employment contract; - the employee has worked for 7 years in the IT sector and - a minimum salary difined by the State is reached.
